What to expect

Comma-separated groups create separate outputs; a range such as 2-5 keeps those pages together.

Page numbers start at 1, matching the way pages are shown in ordinary document viewers.

Quality and file behaviour

  • Selected pages are copied without turning them into images.
  • Page artwork, including transparent elements, is preserved by page copying.
  • The output container is newly written; page artwork is not intentionally re-encoded.

Common problems

  • A range outside the document or a password-protected PDF cannot be processed.
